Our Fermented Rhubarb Grenadine is a play on the classic bar syrup tradionally used in cocktails.

 

This version is made with local Alberta rhubarb, True North Apiary summer blossom honey and dried rose petals. This product was fermented  6 months bringing out the beautiful floral notes of rhubarb and honey. 

 

Grenadine is used for many classic cocktails such as a Spritz, Tequlia Sunrise, Singapore Sling and the Zombie. It also works great in non-alcholic versions like the Shirly Temple and Roy Rogers.  

 

Hot Tip: garnish these cocktails with our Cherry Chèrie Cocktail Cherries!
